Ok, this one is all my preference. The wife doesn’t really go for shellfish or Cajun/Creole.
I get so excited when I hear these guys are serving food. I’ve had them twice now and it’s definitely top five favorite kind of food I’ve ever had. I had the crayfish and chicken each time and can’t quite describe how good it tastes.

Amazing food!! Gumbo and Cheesy Crawfish Etouffee from a little pop-up location as they try to get established. Food was hot and well seasoned. The owner was awesome to talk to. Good price for great food. Hope they have a food truck soon!!

So good! Check out their food truck at the A-lodge in Lyons on the weekends! So nice to have Cajun food around here, my husband loved the cheesy crawfish and gumbo, and I appreciated the multiple vegan options!! 10/10

Got delivery last night and it was so hot and tasty and authentically Cajun! Couldn’t believe everything traveled so well. The Gator Tails and remoulade were perfectly seasoned and the cheesy crawfish etouffee was ridiculously good.
