Who we are and why we are here
Our goal is to use our commercial kitchen in Denver to provide delicious and authentic Cajun and Creole cuisine to the state of Colorado using as many local ingredients and vendors as we can. After years of restaurant management, we are ready to take the next step in our careers by putting out a cuisine that is not often seen in this region. We are excited to provide employees with a livable wage, as well as a work environment that they will be proud to be a part of. With the benefit of having a commercial kitchen and a mobile kitchen setup, we are focused on doing caterings and business lunches; Along with setting up at breweries, business centers, and local festivals.
Our food can be described as fast casual. It is a combination of a wide variety New Orleans style stews, as well as Po Boy sandwiches. Our menu encompasses dietary needs for all potential customers. This includes gluten free, dairy free, and vegan options every day. We are passionate about a menu that makes sense. Our goal is to use ethically sourced foods with environmentally conscious decisions in this ever-changing world. Lastly, we want to build a sense of community and love around the food that we love, so that we can bring people together and fill their stomachs.
