All our menu items are handcrafted in house, with care for flavor in every bite.
Interested in catering for your business or event? We specialize in large order fulfillment. Using our own outdoor cooking equipment, we can prepare food on-site for your event, or drop the order off with you along with plates, utensils, and chafing dishes.

Bryce Hansen boasts ten years of experience in fast casual style restaurants. He specializes in southern style comfort food & hospitality.
I started my restaurant career at Panera Bread in San Diego, where I assisted in opening, managing, and training associates at three new locations within two years. I managed two restaurants and an in-room dining program at a five star resort in San Diego and also worked at a high volume Gordon Ramsey restaurant in Los Angeles for a few years, so I have quite the mix of different restaurant experience. When I moved back 4 years ago I worked at Pasta Jays and Illegal Pete’s in Boulder. That is where I met Bryce Hansen and the rest is history.
